I really like the care and service that management provides. They really do care about the satisfaction and well being of each and every resident
Love living here it’s great! Rooms are perfect size, love how many windows we have! Community events like the grill out under the pavilion was very nice. Community room is great for parties and love all the study rooms
I love living at campus village! Beautiful apartments in an amazing location. I love having my own bedroom and bathroom along with a big main space where me and all my roommates can hang out
Very nice apartments and staff and an awesome location. Only complaint is maintenance has had to been called a lot on big things like washer, dryer, toilets, etc. but always get fixed in the end
I have felt very welcomed in the last few weeks since i have been here, all of the staff members are very nice. There are great resources offered here and they make it feel very home like.
Campus village has such nice apartments! Super homey and they have the nicest staff. They always are trying to accommodate you as much as they can!
I am only writing this to get points for the my community rewards. LOL. This place is called campus village. It was a great place to live at. I lived there last year
Aaron Michael H.
The staff is very helpful and their hours are long enough that they are still available when I get home from class. The location is conveniently close to campus.
Campus Village is a great location for students attending MSU! The amenities are great, including the fitness center and computer room (with free printing). The apartments are incredibly nice, and a perk is having our own bedroom and bathroom. The only downside, is that the internet is pretty slow.
Living here was probably one of the better apartment experiences I have had. Even though rent was very high and utilities weren't included, it was not a bad experience. Occasionally, the maintenance staff was not really the best, and I'm pretty sure my carpet upon move-in was not cleaned, it was better and set my standards pretty high apparently in the world of apartment rental. My place now is actually terrible compared to campus village.
Living at campus village is so convenient and fun! Everything is so close and the apartments are so nice! I would highly recommend this location!
Campus Village is a great place to live. The apartments are really nice and everyone is really friendly. The only true issue is the noise, as the floors are very thin.
I love it at Campus Village! It is one of the nicer apartment complexes in East Lansing, but the only thing is it is far from some of my classes so it is sometimes a struggle to get to class in bad weather etc.
My resident experience so far has been pretty awesome. Campus Village Apartments does a fantastic job at welcoming and rewarding their residents with exclusive coupons and hosting events like the barbecue they recently held. I enjoy talking to every worker in the main office and have had no complaints about anything so far. Every issue is solved with a sense of urgency and they have a great system to report any maintenance problems. I also really appreciate the free guest parking that's super close to the building because it saves me and my friends so much money compared to last year with having to buy a 24-hour lot pass. I really have nothing to complain about.
Campus village is a very nice, quiet, clean apartment that is walking distance to MSU!! You get your own bathroom within your bedroom. I can’t think of anything better than this!
Pretty good, I like my roommate and my room is nice and spacious. Some maintenance issues but they were resolved pretty quick. I like the proximity to campus.
I love living here! I was looking for a nice apartment for my last two years at Michigan State and Campus village is an amazing place to live, the rooms are super nice and clean and the staff is helpful
Everyone is super nice and willing to help. The construction on Michigan Ave is kind of disappointing as it put many of the bus stops out of service, which was part of the convenience of living here in the first place.
Great staff! Everyone is very welcoming. The apartments are very big and clean. Great parking, gym, computer room, and study areas. I also love how pets are allowed.
Fantastic amenities and great service. I love that you can tell the building is infrastructurally sound and has top notch security. Very likely to recommend.
CV is on top of everything but some renovations had sloppy paint jobs. Having our own room and bathroom is awesome and not having to bring furniture is dope.
Campus Village is a beautiful place to stay! Conveniently located right off campus, too. They handle everything you need and we’re very accommodating to us as we had some issues moving in.
Great place to live, kitchen recently was upgraded with new appliances and countertop and makes the place look much nicer compared to last year.
I like it here a lot! The location is great and the size is too. Sometimes the management is a tad disorganized but very friendly nonetheless
Everyone is very friendly and willing to help! The only issue we have had is that our apartment was not as clean as it should have been left when we arrived!
There were a few small issues such as the couch being cracked and a door being cracked, but management was so helpful and are helping us replace the items currently.
I love my apartment. Room size is great and having your own bathroom is really nice. however, my apartment was very dirty when we moved in and things are broken. I also enjoy having a parking structure and the ease of having guest parking so close to the apartment. I wish the location was a little closer to campus but I do enjoy having the frandor shopping center so close to us. another downside is that the rent is so high here even higher than the new builds that are right on grand river and offer better amenities.
I enjoy having your own bathroom and bedroom. The gym is a great feature to have and it’s right downstairs. The free parking is good and I can always find a spot. Overall I have enjoyed my experience so darn
Management was rude, maintenance doesn’t respond, and they didn’t tell us about the layout of our apt. But the space is huge and own bathroom
The location is nice because it’s near a bus stop and Frandor shopping center. The staff and maintenance are very helpful. If we have an issue with anything they are quick to respond answer help.
The move in process was very simple. Everyone was very nice and informative. The apartments are clean and a great size. The location of the apartments is fantastic. Free bus pass also is a great benefit of living here. Excited for the school year to start!
The apartment space is nice and all the management people are very nice and are always willing to help me as a resident. Community’s spaces are also very clean and fun to use.
Great units, great location. I love the private bed/bath setup and open parking lot. Move in was fairly smooth and I appreciate the amenities
The maintenance team is wonderful. I know them personally and they are some of the greatest people to talk to. They get the job done no matter what it takes. I highly suggest getting to know them!
i haven’t moved in yet but honestly they always answer the phones. And they have been very helpful with my many questions. I am very excited to move in.
Great place to live close to campus and great staff, the apartments are spacious and feels like luxurious living. I love how everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom.
Excited to be living here next fall. Hope to enjoy the 4 rooms and 4 baths. happy about the rates and location, and need to know more about my apartment before i move in.
Very nice, warm, at home, cozy place to live at. Very clean and very close to campus. Very roomy, have your own bathroom and room. Nice kitchen and living room.
The room is furnished with all the necessities and the amenities are decent. Staff is very friendly and usually very competent. Just a bit pricey compared to other options.
Campus village is a great place to live. Although the complex is somewhat a walk/drive to campus it makes up for it with its amenities and big bedrooms
I had a great experience with campus village. The community rewards program is very useful and I cannot wait for my future involvement. Thank you
I’ve been here multiple times to hangout with friends and I’ve always had a good experience. There has never been problems here and that’s a big reason why I chose to live here for my sophomore year.
I love it! It is a great place to live, the location is optimal, there is a lot of community benefits including the gym, study centers, and market close by.
the apartment community here is very nice. it is never very noisy but still very social. the apartment complex is also in a great location right next to campus.
Campus Village employees have been very friendly and helpful and were able to answer all of my questions in preparation for move in next month!
Living in Campus Village has been great. I like the location and the amenities. The included parking spot is also nice because I don't have to worry about university parking.
Campus Village has very nice renovated rooms along with many great amenities, making it one of the best living environments in East Lansing!
Good accommodations and in a decent living area. Living at Campus Village again and I am excited about it. The parking garage is nice and is kept decently clean. The rooms are nice as well.
My apartment community is amazing. It is very welcoming and the facilities are kept organized and clean and look very wonderful. I love the people there.
I love the area and the people here! It’s exactly what I was looking for when I was searching for an apartment back in October! Thank you’ll much!
The staff is always amazing and nice. Maintenance is always prompt and willing to help no matter the issue. I have lived here for 3 years and I love it.
It has been a great place to live. The management and staff have always been very helpful and accommodating. I can't wait to live here for another year.
Beautiful apartment and amazing location , that is my favorite thing about this place. The they are very flexible when it came to my roommate subleasing for a semester.
Living here was pretty decent. Amenities were nice especially the gym areas. I think some improvements could be made to the amount of guest parking and the cleanliness of the parking areas. I do enjoy the pet friendliness of the residence, and the staff has always been very nice.
i haven’t started living there yet but i have had some issues with moving in and the staff has been so kind to me. they have worked so hard on making sure i am taken care of.
Campus village has been very kind to me. However I recently emailed a question and got no reply. Other than this I have been pleased with everything.
The amenities are great! But for the cost of the apartment building I wish there was a pool or a hot tub. I also wish printing was able to be done through Bluetooth and I didn’t have to bring my own paper
So far I've had a great experience. I had troubles with roommates and the staff at Campus Village worked diligently to help me out and i am now happy with my future living situation.
I have loved living at Campus Village for the most part. A few times the fire alarm went off at a ridiculous time of night but other than that it has been great. Looking forward to another great year.
I really love living at campus village because it gives me my home away fro home at Michigan State. I really love having my own bathroom and parking.
Both the office staff and the maintenance staff are friendly and helpful, the location is close to campus and downtown EL, and the amenities are super useful. I love living here!
I enjoy my community greatly, i do wish though that certain aspects such as the gym had a greater variety of equipment. It has also been noticed that not all the computers in the printer room are able to print files, making it challenging when more than 2 people are trying to print.
Campus village is a great place to live! Awesome apartment layouts with private bathrooms. Also lots of community attractions. Overall campus village is amazing
I loved it, I had so much fun and everyone was so nice and kind that I want to live here forever. My neighbors were cool and the staff was kind and easy going
Campus Village Apartments are some of the nicest off campus apartments that you will find in East Lansing. The location is convenient and the units themselves are the perfect size.
Living situation is good. Enjoy having my own bedroom and bathroom and the location of the apartments themselves is very convenient for getting on to campus.
Campus village is a student-friendly living space where we are able to have access to great gym equipment, printers, study rooms, games, and outdoor living area.
Good time. Only thing I might suggest is offering more good promotions for us starving college kids. Lol. Had a great experience, all of the ammenities were great
Maintenance always comes when we need them. They are very respectful at the front desk, and answer all of our questions. Apartments are very nice
Living at campus village so far has been everything I wanted and more. The layout of the apartment is perfect for privacy. The maintence is fast and easy and the parking is right outside your door.
I love living at Campus Village. The apartments are very nice and the location is great! Management is friendly and knowledgeable! Maintenance is dependable and timely!
I love the location. Rooms are modern and clean. I’ve never had a problem with the management. The complex never gets loud or rowdy. Staff is helpful and maintenance is always fast.
I like living at campus village. The maintenance people are so nice and accommodating, and it is a great location near campus. The furniture and appliances in our apartment fall apart easily sometimes.
It has been a good experience overall and I enjoy the location and set up of the apartments. I have only had a few issues but it is always resolved once I ask.
Living here has been interesting. The rent is quite high for the quality of the buildings/services offered, and the appliances either breakdown or need service pretty often. Also upon moving in, my bedroom floor in my apartment was never even cleaned. There's also paint all over the floors in every room. Staff here is really nice and I feel like you try to make it a nice place to live, and for the most part it is, but it could use some adjustments to attention to detail.
I love my apartment community because it truly makes me feel at home. Everyone is always so friendly and willing to help. All the amenities I have are just a few steps away.
The community is very welcoming and nice but the appliances frequently break and there’s no tanning bed. The study rooms are nice and so is the workout area. I wish the appliances worked better.
Very nice and clean community. The people who work here are nice and respectful. The apartments are of great quality. The amenities provided are also great.
I love Campus Village because it is close to campus and I get to live with my best friends. I have my own bathroom, which is great! Also, there are plenty of parking spaces.
Everything is great about Campus Village Apartments. All the renovations have been cool. It’s not that loud and it’s very clean. I would continue to live here if I wasn’t graduating.
I have loved living at Campus Village East Lansing this school year. My favorite part about my resident experience has been the fact that I have both my own bedroom AND bathroom. I will definitely recommend that my friends check it out!
I love the fun activities that they plan for us and there are many nice qualities about campus village! They should get the tanning beds back though.
I love campus village so much because of the amazing staff they provide. They are always there to help and support any circumstances a resident might go through. For example, I was locked out of my room because of misplacement of my key fab and I called and they called me back within 2 minutes with help and a replacement key at such a late hour. I love how they like to keep the community together by servicing food/parties for all their residents throughout the semester. They’re the best and I hope they have an amazing Valentine’s Day!
Are community is friendly, however it is extremely unorganized. We’ve had many issues with the security, parking, and utilities bills and after asking employees the responses are not clear.
I love living in Campus Village! The apartments are so new and well laid out, and the community plans so many fun and free events for the residents!
Campus village has been all around pretty good. Only issues have sometimes been noise with our neighbors and whoever is above us, but it’s nothing crazy for hours and hours just some loud noises once in a while. The apartment is nice and so is the staff.
I love living here! It’s great to live around all like minded students not too far off campus. They also plan little events which are so fun and unique
There are events almost every week and there is always snacks and coffee in the lobby. The employees are very friendly and making everything so easy!!
It's been a good time living here, it's very quiet during the week, the staff is always accommodating, and maintenance is quick! I do wish there was better upkeep of the halls when people puke sometimes.
loved it. The apartment itself was huge and everyone having their own bathrooms was a huge bonus. We hung out in the living room and kitchen a lot
I believe that staying at Campus Village was a pretty decent experience. My only gripe would be that security frequently turns ask music to be turned down on Friday/Saturday at 9:30pm.
Campus village is a very nice community to live in. The apartments themselves are so nice but the location makes it better. Definitely a place I would recommend to others.
The layout of the apartment makes the price worth it. Staff has been nothing but helpful. Maintence men come within hours and are the nicest people you will ever meet!
problems with the apartment from september are yet to be resolved. this isnt spam this isnt spam this isnt spam this isnt spam this isnt spam
Great location, love the amenities. Two negatives: Definitely need a foam mattress topper for the “tempurpedic mattress,” because they are harder than a rock. And my floor’s hallway is like a dog park now that pets are allowed. The owners all meet up and the dogs run up and down and up and down the hallway.
This place is pretty nice. I love the people at the desk and I like the rooms downstairs that are available. I also like how the matinence comes so fast
Campus village is a good place to live. Everyone is super nice. It has been a good home for the last three years. Now they are pet friendly and I love seeing all the dogs around.
So far, I have greatly enjoyed living at CV. I love having my own room and bathroom! The mattress is so comfortable and it feels like home. For having 5 people in the apartment, we have more than enough space for ourselves and to spend time together in shared spaces.
I have had nothing but good things come from living here! The staff has been helpful and maintenance is quick and efficient. Plus, having your own bedroom and bathroom isn't bad either. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lease at MSU!
I love it here at Campus Villiage! It is the perfect location and all the amenities are very useful and helpful! The staff is also very welcoming and helpful
Love my resident experience here at campus village. They offer so many fun activities and have a nice and clean living space is amazing! Would definitely recommend living here
Matainence is great and the apartments are really up to par. The location makes it easy to get anywhere on campus etc. I haven't really had any issues with noise. The apartments are pet-friendly which is amazing!
Convient location, close to campus as well as kroger and such, fansastic beds, nice bathrooms with comfortable showers, all required utilities included
Joris Carlo P.
The apartment is very nice. It has nice appliances and is kept very clean. The staff is really nice and makes you feel welcome. I like that we got a little bag of candy for Halloween and that they had cider and donuts for us in the office. It shows they care about their residents. I just wish there was more strict patrolling of the parking garage. I have come home late multiple times on game weekend and had nowhere to park and the security guard was very rude.
It has been fun to live here. I have enjoyed the front desk people who are always willing to help as well as the apt in general. My only compliant is them removing the tanning bed is the main reason myself and my roommates are not resigning
Great experience so far. God value, god location, friendly staff. Also the covered parking structure is a huge plus when it comes winter time
Awesome location, friendly staff, my absolute favorite people are the maintenance staff they are incredible! Campus village has a lot of fun events for the residents during the month that are super fun.
I reallly love living here. It is nice to live in a community type place and is a great transition from the dorm living to appartment living.
Great staff! Apartment was in okay condition when I moved in I just think it was because of the kids who lived in here before me though. Maintence is fast to respond to needs!
Everything at Campus Village has been great! Maintenance when needed has been there fast and been very useful. Very nice facilities that are always clean, and overall just a good experience.
So far I am having a great time at campus village. I love having my own bathroom and a place in my room I can study. The washer and dryers also are clutch. Would recommend campus village to anyone.
The community it’s wonderful. I feel appreciated when the complex holds events like cook outs and gives out Halloween candy. The front desk workers are very nice and so are the security guards.
I really appreciate all the amenities this apartment complex has and I love having my own bathroom! I did have trouble transferring my sublease and it took a long time, other than that I didn't have any issues.
I don't have much to complain about. The complex is kept clean, the staff is very nice and a pleasure to work with. Last year I stayed in the dorms and I don't think there's a chance I would go back to that.
Great community atmosphere. Great location to get to Lansing or events on campus. Very friendly office staff and management that is very helpful
The staff and community are very friendly and welcoming and the apartments are very nice for the amount you are paying for them. The staff are always available for questions and maintenance is very quick to help you out. It is very close to campus and easy to get around. One thing I really love is that the apartment holds events to get to know your neighbors!
This community is great! The hallways are always clean and the residents you see walking around are always very friendly. The staff is nothing but helpful and attentive!
I enjoy living here most of the time. There are a lot of great things here and a lot that are not so great... For example, I really enjoy the study rooms, the workout room, and the fact that I have my own bedroom and bathroom. Somethings that aren't so great are that we had a bunch of issues when we first moved in with appliances ect. I also don't love the whole parking situation. They claim that there are enough spots but there isn't. The spots in the garage are extremely small and half of the first floor is "client parking" which is irritating and unnecessary.
Very great experience! Only lived here for a few months but really enjoy the whole complex. The employees are very friendly and helpful in the office
I love campus village, it’s so fun living in a mature setting but with people my age. I’ve made some really great friends already, and I love my apartment!
really nice beds to sleep on. it's cool to have my own private bathroom. having laundry built into my room is also convenient. I like to get coffee from main building too
In my time at Campus Village I have enjoyed everything except for the cable. The room is very nice, the furnished apartments are great I just wish the cable was working better.
Love living here, great amenities and everyone is friendly and helpful. I only give 4 starts because I wish there was a place for recycling or trash shoot
This places slaps, really fun and people are awesome. My roommates and I are really enjoying ourselves. We've met other people in this building and they seem really cool and nice.
The staff is really responsive and any issues I’ve had so far have been fixed in a timely manner. Also the amenities make living here super convenient!
The community has been outstanding. The apartments are clean and having my own room has been awesome. The workout room is great to have so close to us.
Campus Village is a great place to live. It is convenient because it’s very close to campus. The buildings and surrounding areas are kept very clean. Their association with simple bills is extremely convenient.
I love the style of my apartment with the separation of the rooms but I also like the big common area where my roommates and I can hang out and watch sports or whatever
Clean, spacious, and comfortable! Staff are easy to work with, the facilities are well-designed, and rhe community is welcoming. Parking is also a bonus.
My apartment is Campus Village is a very fun time and all my roommates are fine to live with. The place is very nice and I have very minimal complaints. I just want all my TV channels to be fixed.
Campus Village is located super close to campus. Bus routes 1 and 31 make it so convenient to get to campus. It's very quiet compared to other apartments in the area.
Campus Village has been a good home for the past 3 years. It is close to campus, it is great to have my own room and bathroom, and has free parking.
Had an amazing experience at Campus Village, maintenance was always there very fast when you needed them and the staff were always willing to help with anything you needed!
Apartment was always very clean. Staff was always helpful and nice. Patio area was nice and relaxing. Guest parking comes in handy. Maintenance was always fast and efficient.
Living in campus village was a wonderful experience. My apartment and furniture were in great condition, my property managers were incredibly kind and billing information was easy to follow and concise. The apartments themselves are very nice as well.
Living in campus village was an amazing experience. Althought it was off campus a little bit, it was not hard to get to campus at all. Just a short bus ride or walk.
Gonna miss living here when I move out. Our kitchen was just redone with beautiful granite countertops and new appliances. I would highly reccomend this place to anyone looking for an apartment close to campus.
Love the apartment itself. Love that I have my own bedroom and bathroom. Love the temperpedic beds. The maintenance has always been prompt and handy. I like the study rooms and fitness room. Having a free bus pass was essential because my main complaint is that it is still a little far from my classes in the middle of campus, but being along the bus route and close to Brody bus stop helps. I hate that there is no garbage shoot and the dumpsters are miles away.
I’ve realy enjoyed my time at Campus Village! It’s so close to Michigan State’s campus and the bus pass helped me get to places further away. Covered parking and the fast-acting maintenance team were my favorite parts of living here!
I love living here so much because it is close to campus, affordable, and had updated apartments. I met a lot of great people living here and enjoy the amenities!
Campus Village has lots of amenities. I love that I get to have my own bedroom and bathroom. The gym is a huge plus too! There are a bunch of different floor plans so It will work in any situation.
Campus Village is close to campus, which is nice! It is clean and the maintenance guys are great at their jobs! The rooms are big and it is so nice having your own bathroom!
Really have enjoyed living here so far. This apartment has everything I need plus more. Having my own bed as well as bathroom is so nice. Also having a gym in the building is convenient.
I love living at campus village! The staff are helpful and friendly. The apartment complex offers so many great amenities including a gym, outdoor grill, and especially an included parking spot.
great staff and clean and good facilities. the parking lot needs some work but over all the facilities are great. i love the gym and the open parking lot
Campus Village is by far the nicest apartments that I have seen close to campus and with a good price! I highly recommend giving them a try. They are very freindly and get to know all the residents that stay. The size of the rooms are a lot bigger than a lot of other apatments I looked at. I will be spending all four of my years here at Campus Village.
My experience has been really good, this appartment has everything I was looking for in an appartment! The staff is friendly, they have a ton of amenities, and they are quick to help with any issues.
Love living here! Free parking is awesome and free guest parking is hard to come by in EL. The apartments are clean and and spacious. Having your own bathroom is so nice too!
Wish they would do more community events to get to know the people that live around me.
Solid, really enjoy the people I'm leaving with and the people around us seem cool. People at the front desk always seem willing to help with anything they can
Well maintained and right next to campus. CV is the place to be if you're looking for student housing! The staff is super friendly and the maintenance team is very responsive and thorough.
I’ve had nothing but an amazing time living here at campus village. My roommates are the best , my neighbors are all friendly and the staff are all helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience.
Love living here. Rent is a lot compared to non college towns but you can't beat the apartment size and location. Only complaint is no balconies or pool but whatever. Gonna be sad when I have to move out in August.
Overall nice place to live, amenities are great but maintence is slow and doesn’t clean up after themselves. Bradley is awesome though! I would maybe live here again
Truthfully, I have had a wonderful experience living at Campus Village. The apartments are clean and of good quality, staff is helpful and attentive, requests are taken care of in a timely manner, and bill pay and utilities are painless.
I loved living in Campus Village! If it weren't for the high cost of rent I'd still be living here. I love the staff, amenities, and especially location.
Maintenance is always timely, staff is always engaged, so many amenities it’s great I try to take advantage of all of them! Campus village has been a really fun place to live it’s not like other places
This is a great location. Very close to the bus stop and all of the sporting events if youre into that. Having your own bathroom and laundry is very handy. The staff is helpful.
Campus Village is a very nice place to live. The staff is friendly and the property is very clean. Private bathrooms are also a huge plus for me!
I absolutely love living in Campus Village! I enjoy the privacy of individual bedrooms and bathrooms but also take full advantage of the public amenities. Having a study lounge and workout area has helped me to make wiser choices that I don't need to think twice about!
Campus Village is a great place to live. The apartments are clean and have a great floor plan. The staff here are also extremely nice. There’s a ton of nice little things you get living here such as: free printing and gym access
Reliable staff that has a quick response time whenever assistance is needed. Easy access to all ammenities. There is always something to do!
This is a great place for a college student to live. It is close to campus and includes study rooms, multiple gyms, and free parking which will help you cut cost. Everyone is really friendly!
I enjoy living here a lot everyone is very nice and respectful and the apartments are newly renovated. They look great. I feel very comfortable living here!
I love Campus Village and cannot wait to live here again next year. My favorite part is having my own bedroom/bathroom & also free parking!!
Living at Campus Village has been a great experience. I love having my own space and I love how nice the apartments are. I would recommend living here.
They give away noise complaints like they are candy, common area is nice, Bradley is a great employee, the dishwasher and the garbage disposal suck and clog or flood all the time, rent is way more than what you get, lastly the rooms aren't the same size, and they make you pay the same even though some rooms are half the size of the others.
I love living at Campus Village. It’s so close to campus, and I feel like I’m living luxury compared to some of my friends. The staff is great, and I love all the amenities (like the 24 hour gym and printing room)!
Walls are too thin, can hear all of my roommates at night. The included wifi is the most horrible wifi I have ever used in my life. Would never live here again just because of the wifi. The community staff constantly calls and interrupts us from our busy day to let us know we have a small utility bill, just send an email next time! It is annoying to be in the community lobby because the managers will also ask us for more money because of some sort of bill. The apartments do have positives, having your own room and bathroom is nice. It is close to campus and includes a gym which is convenient. Also the individual leases are very nice.
Great apartments! I wish I could live here longer, but I'm about to graduate. I love the small events that are hosted in the common area. It gives the place a sense of community.
The staff is great! The apartments themselves are nice and clean and I love having a washer and dryer inside my place. I also love the fab keys so that only people who live here can get in the hallways!
Campus Village has an incredibly friendly and dedicated staff. They continue to add new amenities and also provide fun, engaging events for residents. I have lived here for about a year and a half now and I already renewed my lease for a third year!
Campus Village has provided a great place to live. With friendly and convenient service at the front desk, maintenance that is quick and responsive, and ample parking it is a comfortable and enjoyable community.
So far so good! Yesterday we requested maintenance for our garbage disposal and they came first thing this morning, which was nice to see the proactivity.
I was enjoy this, I want amazon or target gift cards soo bad. I hope I get it to sends to me always. I was not never get bored or stressed to my whole life too think.
Amazing. Coming to law school and being out of state, feeling home and having an area that provided me with an opportunity focus on academics was priority for me and cv has been able to deliver
I can't say enough good things about Campus Village! I love the free parking, location and the bus passes. Well worth the money! On top of that, the location is perfect. I love being off campus but still super close to campus!
I’ve had a fantastic experience here so far! We’ve had a few maintanence issues, but they were promptly fixed after we reported them. The AC, private bathrooms, the gym, and free parking are all huge perks!
Campus village is the perfect place to live. The location is perfect for walking to class and the amenities are countless. I can’t wait to resign.
Good overall community. The apartments have everything you need. It’s nice not having to bring any of my own furniture. Having my own bathroom is also a huge plus
Living at Campus Village has been amazing! I love being so close to campus and having my own bedroom and bathroom for such a great price. I can't wait to be back next year!
Campus Village is very accommodating and very easy to live in. I love the room set-up with everyone having their own bathroom. Gives each person their own privacy.
I have really enjoyed living here so far. Having your own bedroom and bathroom is really the best part for me. Having exercising equipment right downstairs is also awesome and the free tanning is a really nice commodity.
Clean, convenient, close! Awesome opportunities to engage, safe environment with security detail and common appearances from Lansing police to monitor area.
I love campus village! The staff is very nice and answers my problems right away. I love my roommates that they chose for me and I love my room!
I have had a great experience with Campus Village. The amenities have been amazing. It really comes with everything. Maintenance is extremely fast which I like and the location works out well.
Campus Village just feels like home. I’ve met great people, the amenities are super convenient, and there’s just so many perks! I would recommend CV to anybody coming to MSU or East Lansing in general
Very good community, nice staff. Had issues early on with a broken bed but besides that Campus Village is a very good place to live. Lots of community events and beautiful common areas.
It feels like home here! Great hospitality, management, and residents! I highly recommend friends to live here. And you have your own bathroom!
Very welcoming community atmosphere through hosted events, friendly staff, and nice amenities. I would recommend to any 2nd year student as it eases the transitions from dorms.
I have really enjoyed my time here at Campus Village so far. The staff is very friendly and the apartments are exactly what I was looking for when looking off campus. The facility is secure and the convenient parking allows for easy travel as well.
The entire staff is extremely welcoming, and the rooms are great. Parking can be a pain, especially when people don't park well so they angle off into multiple spots.
I have been living at Campus Village for a little over a month and it is nothing short than a great experience. It is my first time moving off campus and I love having a gym, tanning, and free printing within walking distance. Also, the staff is so friendly and easy to work with!
Campus village has been terrific to be a part of this year. It's so nice to have your bedroom and bathroom so you can escape when you have to study and it makes it easy to entertain! The living area is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you may need. For someone who loves to exercise, not only does CV have one gym, but they have two--a cardio/weight room as well as a yoga room. I definitely recommend buying meal passes because it is also a quick walk to Brody & that makes for a great late night snack. If you're looking for a safe & reliable home for next year, I definitely recommend you look into CV!
Living at campus village has been great. Floor plan was exactly what was looking for. Being so close to campus helps get to class easier. Maintenance responds quickly and the staff is great.
I've loved it here at campus village so far. The community here is very welcoming and there are so many amenities that fit me so well. I love it here
Awesome staff, great location, fully furnished! Includes a gym, yoga room, tanning bed, lounge area, and a patio with a grill. Amazing apartment that was easy to make my home.
I really like living in campus village. Having my own bedroom and bathroom is awesome! I also love being able to park right outside my building but still be close to the bus stop.
Overall great apartment complex. Facilities are nice and well kept. Maintenance is quick and easy to fill out a request. On site gym is a really nice feature. Rent is a little high compared to others.
Having my own bedroom and my own bathroom is great. Also, I couldn't park my car at my old apartment, but here, I always have a spot. Lots of great amenities, too, especially the free bus passes.
I am a sophomore at Michigan State and I think most people usually get pretty nervous after their freshmen year with moving off campus and leaving all your friends from the dorm. But, CV is such an awesome place to live- apartments are top notch compared to the other places on campus, location is awesome being no more than a 10 minute walk from Breslin Center and Spartan Stadium! Staff is great- their is always someone at the front desk if you need help with anytime 24/7. Overall, my experience at CV so far is a 10/10 and I definitely want to live here again for my junior year. Apartment is beautiful and the rooms are massive compared to all other apartments.
I have loved living here so far. This feels like a home away from home. The amenities are great. The staff is extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is comfy.
Campus village is a very nice place to live. I enjoy the spaciousness of the apartments and all of the community events that take place during the year!
It's a nice place to live, with a lot of benefits and is close to campus. The people who live here are nice and not too noisy. The staff is also very responsive
This is my second year living here. It is close to campus which I really enjoy because I walk to all my classes. They are making some improvements around the property. It is looking great and I can't wait to see it all finished.
Everything is so clean and the staff is so friendly. It's the perfect place to live. This is my first year off campus and I am planning to live here again next year. I would highly recommend campus village
Everything has been very very nice so far, a few things in the apartment probably need to be updated soon. I love how close it is to campus and the staff has been super helpful.
I’ve enjoyed staying here at campus village. I’ve met a lot of great people and the staff is great. My room is nice and spacious and I love the individual loving spaces
Love my apartment it's super nice it has all of the amenities that I wanted and it's also really close to campus! Plus the staff here is super friendly and helpful
The apartment is spacious and the place is great but east lansing has significantly higher rent than other universities with the same selection
I love this place! My roommates and I have loved it since we moved in. It's in the perfect location, and the amenities are beyond amazing. Go green!
I love living at Campus Village. The location couldn't get any better; we are just a 3 minute walk from the edge of campus. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The apartments are clean, modern, and homie. Their security system makes me feel so safe, too. I love Campus Village!
Great amenities and location. Staff works hard to make each resident feel at home. Facilities are always clean and well maintained. If I had another year left, I'd choose the same place.
I love living here it is so nice and new! It is a great community and has a nice social aspect. A very short walk from campus and close to classes
This apartment complex is great for people that want to live with others but also want their privacy! Even if more on the expensive side you get a big common area and a pretty big bedroom! Also you exit the building and the bus stop is right there, perfect for the winter.
Great place for an apartment. I admit, a little pricey, but the location is great. Right next to Frandor shopping center, a bunch of food locations, and MSU.
Really helpful and an all around excellent staff! Apartments looked great - especially the beds. Nothing else to really complain about.
Looking forward to moving in!
Great place to live!!! Very spacious!!!!!!! I love having my own bathroom and bedroom!!!! Great location and extremely close to campus!!!!!!
I like campus village but the rent is outrageous. Also, my rent is going up by $20 a month and Im a returning resident so Im not too happy...
I love living in CV!! Great place to live with a multitude of amenities and extremely nice staff and neighbors. Location is perfect for any type of student as well!
Campus Village is a great place to live. Everyone is so helpful and nice! It is a great location and very nice apartments as well. They all have own bathroom too
Great location close to campus, outdoor grill and workout area are huge pluses. Campus Village makes me feel at home! Can't recommend enough
Campus Village is an awesome place to live. It is super close to campus and the community environment is always super friendly! The amenities also make living there really fun.
The customer service here is amazing and the rooms are spacious with great furniture. It is a bit pricey with non included utilities and for being on the end of campus.
I have lived here for a year now and I can't imagine anywhere better. I came from a dorm that had a community bathroom and having my own bathroom at CV is all I could ask for! Definately recommened living here!
I love Campus Village in almost every way! There are always things that could be better but I can't complain! My favorite amenity is probably the bike storage area but I wish there were two rooms.
Campus Village is the best place to live in EL! Great location, great amenities & AMAZING staff! Maintenance turn around time is awesome and I am so glad I decided to resign my lease and live here again next year!
I enjoyed this apartment so much!! Great amenities; work out room, printing, computers! Great space. Roomy. Loved having my own room and bathroom!
Very clean place. I like how I have my own bathroom and bedroom. Great location to get to campus. The staff is very nice and helps out a lot.
I enjoy living at Campus village! All the amenities I need. The staff is friendly and readily available to help at any time. The rooms are spacious as well which I love!
I really love these apartments! It's always nice to have your own room and bathroom. The actual layout of the apartment is really nice, and it has a clean look.
Staff is really great! A great place to live in the perfect area. You're right next to campus, and anything you need is within walking distance
Great place! Super clean and great staff!! I recommend to all. I love how spacious all the rooms are. It's nice to be very close to campus too.
The campus village community has treated me very well for the past two years that I have lived here. A big part of why I resigned was because of the great amenities and staff.
The only thing I would add would be a pool! I love having furniture provided and the beds are extremely comfortable. The free tanning and the gym are a nice bonus as well.
I love having my own room and bathroom. The bus is pretty close and easy but it is just a little far from the center of campus. And it takes a while to get to class or to any other friends who live off campus!
Campus Village is a great community to live in. There are many amenities available for use and all the maintained very well. The staff and maintenance are always very helpful.
No complaints about anything. Nice community and helpful staff. Maintenance is very quick to come to our apartment when we send in a request. Amenities are very nice as well.
A pool and / or hot tub would be nice to have and would be a great addition to the community. Also please build a fenced in area for mopeds so they stop getting stolen.
I have fully enjoyed my time living here at Campus Village so far!! The staff is great and is always willing to help out the residents. The amenities are great as well! Overall it is a very clean, safe and fun environment to live in!
I love campus village because of its great sense of community. I also like that students work the desk so you can always go talk to them about school.
I give this community a 4 star rating for a few simple reasons. One of those being that the building is locked to residents outside of our apartment complex. Another that you must sublease in the summer.
Staff is amazing and very helpful. I think they charge a lot for rent and even subleasing too. Wifi isn't always the best which is important for homework and etc. Overall, good experience at campus village.
I love it here. Everyone is super friendly. I like knowing that this is a safe place along with my bedroom being just mine. It's become my home away from home
Campus Village is a great place to live at msu. It is close to campus and everyone is so friendly here!! The rooms are nice and clean as well.
The updated paint makes the buildings feel like new! The atmosphere is great and the staff is wonderful. I would suggest to anyone to live here!
I have been so impresses with this community and the people working within it! They have been so helpful and considerate about the questions and issues I was having. I can't wait to move in this fall!
So far I really enjoy living here. I like the events that are thrown but I do wish that there were more events a little later in the night so that i could make it to them. Also the new paint job is nice but it doesn't look very good.
i don't mind living here, many perks in comparison to other apartments. lots of amenities that most apartments or houses do not offer to residents.
Really annoyed with parking. I pay $40 a month for covered parking and I can barely get in my spot because there is a giant pole, 2 mopeds (which I'm pretty sure can't be parked where they do), & the person next to me has a huge car. Sometimes I can't even get out of my car with fear that I'm going to hit something, & it usually takes me 3-4 times to get into my spot because it's so tight.
Campus Village is an exceptional place to live. The location is perfect, the staff is friendly, and ontop of all the amenities, I don't think there's a better place to live in East Lansing.
Amazing place. Great atmosphere. People are very nice. I love that I have my own room and bathroom. I love all the amenities that are provided here
Campus Village is the best place to live! Great apartments, great amenities & AMAZING staff!!! (: Maintenance turn around time is awesome and I can't wait to live here again next year!
Great location with great amenities. Apartment was very nice when we moved we had no bad surprises. Staff is very nice and easy to work with. They also have several community events with free food and prizes.
Everyone is super nice and is always asking if there is anything they can do for you. The maintenance is always super on top of things! Love living here and the location is so nice.
I really like living here. The location is great and the facility is very nice! I have had some issues with the cable/internet service and the roommate matching, however.
Awesome way to earn points and rewards! Can't wait to try more! I love where I live and this gives me a chance to tell people about it and why they should live there too.
Maintanence is awesome always there to help and so are the front desk staff, especially Destiny!!!! Always there to help whenever needed. Had only one problem where a package was lost but it was found two days later so it was no problem!
Just mildly satisfied with my experience so far this year. I can't recommend this apartment complex after what has happened thus far. Hoping 2nd semester will be a bit better.
$30 per month fee is way too much, other than that, no issues. I am surprised rent went up for the next year as new apartments are being built on either side of campus village
I love campus village. I love being able to exercise in the fully equipped gym, having access to a printer, free coffee and tea, and the various events they hold!
Great, very friendly and helpful! Whenever residents have a problem the front desk and management always take care of it in a timely and organized fashion.
Love the apartment and the community however had a very rude customer service experience with a manger. Had an emergency maintenance situation and when i went to the front desk to inquire about it he was very rude
A nice place to live close to campus, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Only complaint is uncomfortable furniture but not bad considering how nice everything is.
Great job with maintenance. Large rooms and no ce appliances. Also very nice security that does not give anybody a hard time. Free parking is also very nice.
Campus village is a really nice place to live! The bedrooms and kitchen are in good repair and quite spacious. On top of that, the office staff is friendly and mantinenance is quick and effective.
Campus village is great because it is close to campus, on the CATA bus route, and has enough space in the apartments. Everything is great about this place and it is nice to have the option for covered parking.
The ammenities at campus village are great. I think the gym is the best part of the whole thing as well as free parking and the option for guest parking.
I love living here but I had a few maintenance issues to deal with upon arrival. Other than that everything is terrific. Everyone I bring here is impressed.
Everything has been pretty good! Trash was an issue early on and the apartment has some flaws, but I like the apartment and management has been nice
I love living in Campus Village, so much so that we signed to live here again last year! The rooms are huge compared to other apartments on campus, and you can't beat having your own bathroom too!
Jessica Lynn G.
Campus village is a great place for people who want a quiet and safe place to live. The location is great, the amenities are nice, & the apartments are wonderful!
I really like the living space here. However it is very expensive. The rooms are very spacious and I love the fact that I have my own bathroom. The included furniture option is amazing.
Really enjoying the unit, parking and amenities! The bus pass included with my unit and proximity to Brody cafeteria have been great. The covered parking ramp is great, too.
Amazing! Love the environment and apartments. Great place. Ok tv service and ok internet but overall good place to live. Definitely considering renewing
To be honest, this has been a fantastic living arrangement for college. It really allows for the sense of independence which a young student like myself enjoys. Unfortunately, here at Campus Village there may be a community, but it certainly feels removed. I think putting up boards on each floor could bring the residents closer. Perhaps there are events that could happen at Campus Village. Perhaps Campus Village could reach out to some university organizations and help them promote events in exchange for getting posters. The goal here would be to have residents feel as if there is a very strong connection here to the MSU community.
I love that the place is so nice. I also enjoy the nice staff members and the ability to have my own Parking pass. The bathroom is also a great plus:)
It has been pretty good so far. I love the mantinence staff. They have fixed a lot of the problems we had with the apartment like my shower head, paint chipping on the wall and our stove top.
Campus village is such a great living community! It has a great location within walking distance of campus and had friendly residences and staff.
Great location for a great price! The only thing is sometimes when you put in a maintenance request they do not fully take care of what you ask for and you have to put in multiple requests for the same thing
Everything has been great so far! The study rooms and workout facility are great, and I love my apartment. The maintenance is very helpful and quick. The front desk employee is also very helpful.
Campus Village is a great place to live - helpful and friendly staff, clean apartments, and so close to campus! There's no reason anyone shouldn't be living here!
you guys are doing great, very attentive to your residents needs and problem. problems with in the apartment get fixed very fast and front desk is always helpful
So far everything has been great at campus village!! The only thing I wish is that I could see the CA's a little bit more because we don't really get to meet them,
Good - AC has had some issues and it has been fixed which is nice. We wish they would call before they came, we know it's inconvenient but we would like to have someone home while they are there
The overall atmosphere is very layed back and enjoyable, the only things I would like to see chamged would be more parking space for bikes and mopeds.
I have been very happy with living at Campus Village. The staff is so nice and helpful and the rooms are clean and big. It is a perfect location as well.
Campus village is a really nice place to live. The only complaint I have is how ridiculously expensive it is. $700+ a month is price gouging for college kids who can barely pay for school. For that price the community should have a pool or hot tub or balconies, something to make it more comparable to places like the Lodges.
So far I have really been enjoying my experience at campus village. My room was very clean when I moved in and I have had no problems with the apartment so far like I have had at past apartments. The person at the desk is always kind and helpful!
So far my experience has been good. However the room was in bad shape when we moved in but the staff and maintenance did a good job fixing it and cleaning it.
I enjoy the spacious living area. Having my own bedroom/bathroom, in unit washer and dryer, a bus pass, and parking are only a few of the perks!
I love the apartments here and my roommates. As well as the lovely parking garage that allows me to cat walk across right to my floor rather then using the elevator or stairs!!!!
Everyone has been extremely helpful in our move-in and adjustment period. All the workers are very friendly too!! It's nice to walk by the desk before my morning classes and be greeted with a smile.
So far it has been good! I have had a few problems with the smell in the apartment but the staff was very much willing to help and accommodate us when they could.
My experience at Campus Village has been great so far! The location is really close to campus, which is super convenient. I also love all the amenities included.
I absolutely love this place and everything about it! I would love more bike racks though. I never seem to find a spot and its so annoying! I love the free coffee bar too! And the work out room!
There are a lot of little issues with the apartment like paint on the floors and when we toured we were shown a trash compactor in the apartment but we don't have that in ours so we have to walk down 3 floors and out the parking garage if we want to take out the trash.
I like how quick and accommodating the staff is to the needs of the residents. I also like the location and that it comes fully furnished in each apartment.
So far I love my experience at Campus Village! The staff is nice, friendly and very helpful! The rooms are very clean too! I love how I can still walk to classes and take the bus whenever I need to. The location is great and would recommend to anyone!
The apartments are really nice, there are only a few very trivial issues with the apartments (leaky faucet, door handle needed replacement); however, the maintenance team is very friendly and fixed any/all issues very promptly.
The apartment is not in the best shape. For paying such a high rent per month, I expect more than paint spilled all over the floors, burn holes in the carpet, cheap bed frames, etc. The wifi is really good.
Freaking awesome of course! Best place to live and even better STAFF! (: Can't wait to live here again next year! Keep giving out free food.. I like the free food.
It is awesome living at campus village. They make you feel at home and leave little gifts and treats at the front desk for residents. Their customer service is great.
I really love Campus Village so far. The apartments are so big and clean! The staff and residents are all extremely helpful and nice. I hope to live here next year as well.
Love living here!!! Staff are all super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to help! The 1231 Building has a super large living layout as well.
I have really enjoyed living here. I also really enjoy working here. I like that I can go to work without even having to go outside! I think the community of campus village is a great place to live for a college student.
This is a cool rewards system! It gets you involved in your community, and makes living in the complex worth it! The rewards will be worth it too.
I really like a the things campus village has to offer! the bus pas that comes with the lease is the best part. I love that there is a gym in the building.
So far I like living in campus village because it is a great location in relation to campus and my classes. And a lot of my friends live here so I know a few people already
Its great! My lock was broken but they fixed it as soon as they could!!
Its a nice community and there are so many fun people around, its nice to have activities where we could meet all of them
I love the community and its location to campus. The staff has been amazing when we have problems with our place. They make sure you are loving your apartment
It has been great living here so far. I have found the staff to be extremely helpful and nice. The maintenance guys have been awesome at coming and fixing issues without any problems! Its awesome!
it is a nice place to live! Very comfortable and easy to adjust! The setup of the apartment is very nice as well and beds are a good size too!!
Living at Campus Village has been a great experience. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I really have enjoyed being a resident! All of the amenities that campus village has to offer have made living here much better than any other living experience I have had in college. I definitely would recommend living at Campus Village to anyone.
I have lived in campus village for a year now and it's been great. Maintence helps whenever it's needed. I also love that I get my own bathroom. I wish you allowed pets, that's the only downfall.
I think you've done a great job at keeping this place looking great and also making my experience here great. Everyone is so nice helpful here.
Campus village is a very nice apartment complex that provides a lot of nice things for the residents. Most appreciated is the new gym. The reason I knocked it down one star is because a lot of other apartment complexes provide the same things but are much cheaper to live at and/or include all the utilities in their amenities.
Really great place to live. I like campus village. Great amenities. Needs a pool, but overall a really great place. Like my own bathroom that's cool
Campus village has so far been the best place I've lived during my schooling at Michigan State University. The area is great and the work staff works hard for their residents.
Everything is great, maitenence to all overall service. Price could be lower, but i understand with the competition. Love the new workout equipment
Nice place, spacious rooms, great location. Love the covered parking space especially in the winter. The ca staff is friendly and always helpful.
Love living at Campus Village! Can't wait to live here next year. It has so many great amenities. I enjoy having my own bedroom and bathroom!
Amazing !! so happy to live here :) love that we can tan, learn and workout. love how simple it is to file a maintenance request and fixed anything. The apartments are big and spacious with anything you would ever need.
Good maintenance, men they have fixed our sink and drawers and things around the apartment. The monthly rates are easy to pay, as well as water and electricity bills, al done online. Very user friendly. Staff is awesome.
The staff here is very friendly and extremely helpful. They make it a point to get to know you as a resident, and make you understand that they will do anything to make your living experience better.
It has been wonderful here! Besides a few maintenance issues, the staff is very helpful and efficient and I enjoy the amenities offered. The rooms are spacious and the kitchens are HUGE!
The building is kept very clean, maintence requests were answered in a timely matter, and overall a high quality of living for a college student. Emmenities include a gym, free tanning and parking, and a free bus pass. Also the close location to bus stops, campus, And sporting events made this a good place to live. My only complaint would be of the high rent price on top of utilities.
Very good place to live. Has everything you need in an apartment. Beds, washer, dryer, fridge, oven, and a microwave. For the money you can not beat it
Campus Village is a wonderful place to live. I only wish it wasn't so expensive and my carpet wasn't decades old. However, the temperpedic mattresses are AMAZING and its great to have a covered garage with free parking.
The apartment itself is great, but the price point is too high. I signed a lease on a nicer, bigger, and closer house and it is less expensive than the apartment.
Campus village is one of the best apartment complexes in East Lansing, hands down. Although a bit more on the pricier side of monthly rent, the money is absolutely worth it.
So far it's been pretty good but our dryer doesn't work very well either does the dishwasher. Besides that I have no complaints off of the top of my head. Maybe the zip cars taking up two parking spots but I guess I can see their uses.
I'm loving living here. My roommates and I really enjoy that it's fully furnished and we each have our own bedrooms. Having a laundry room in our apartment is also a plus
I love living at campus village, it is always very clean and the staff is always very friendly and attentive. I only wish there was more guest parking available
There is too much "client" parking . The Windows aren't sealed properly ( a lot of cold air gets in) . I really enjoy access to tanning and the gym
The apartment is great! The rooms are big and comfortable and comes with all the furniture you really need. The kitchen and all the appliances work well. They even told me I could repaint the walls if I wanted! That's pretty crazy!
So far I have loved my experience here. I like the workout facilities, how friendly you guys are, the lounge. I enjoy the location and the apartment is nice as well! One thing however, our dishwasher does not work the greatest so we have to hand wash all of our dishes.
You guys are doing great. I have lived here for a year and a half now and I've hardly had any poor experiences. Maintenance is always good and the office people are always nice and accommodating.
Pretty well overall, though the halls tend to be messy. I would have lived here again if pets were allowed on the premises, especially since the feild in the back would be a perfect dog park
I'm very impressed with the service here at campus village. The people working are always enjoyable to talk to and can help with almost any problem.
Great amenities and close walk to campus! Free parking is a huge benefit! Have had a few things break in apartment, but very quick service by maintence!
Definitely an easy going place to live. Caters well to its residents. Is prompt with maintenance and is always well maintained. Definitely would reccomend.
Campus Village for the most part is a great place to live. The apartments are really nice and there are lots of good amenities like the gym and printing room. But I can't give it five stars because guest parting here sucks and there is no sound proofing so you can literally hear everything.
Amazing place to live. They are very helpful and provide many amenities to customers. Also the rooms are nice. I love having my own room and bathroom.
I've had a pretty good experience at Campus Village so far in my 1.5 years living here. It is a great community and really close to campus. However the proximity to campus leads to parking issues for big gamedays and holidays like Halloween. On Halloween, there was absolutely no where for me to park, and when I called the Community Assistant on Duty they couldn't really offer any help. I was forced to stay at a friends house because I couldn't find anywhere to park. Otherwise I've enjoyed staying at CV and really like the personal bathrooms and furnishings. However when I toured, I was told I would get a new Tempurpedic mattress, and I had an old, run-down mattress when I moved in. The office staff told me they were in the process of replacing them over the course of a few years, but basically that I was stuck with the nasty one that I got. The people who give the tours just need to be careful as to what they are saying to potential residents. My apartment was also not clean when I moved in, but they were able to get a cleaning staff in to clean it in about 4 days or so. Other than that, I really have no complaints and have overall loved living here.
The environment at Campus Village is friendly and fun! The apartments really do a great job of giving a community feel. The services and amenities provided are excellent
Great place to live. Living is very nice and comfortable. I have not seen any other apartments in East Lansing that provide the service and nice living space like Campus Village.
Good job, everything is clean for the most part but the lights in the parking garage could be turned on earlier because it gets dark earlier to prevent accidents in there.
I love campus village and the staff. Maintenance always gets things done quickly. Only thing I would change is the price & give us balconies
The experience here is nice. I like that everyone gets free parking and free bus passes because i have some really far classes that i would not want to walk to
I think Campus Village is a great place to live. CV offers so many amenities like a gym, rec room, CV resident events to get to know everyone, and free cable and wifi. The best part is CV is so close to campus that I can easily walk or take the bus stop right outside my building.
Apartments are nice and in an okay location but they're expensive. There are other fully furnished apartment communities with 4bed and 4bath that are much nicer (updated appliances, nicer furniture, pool/hot tub, all utilities included, etc.) for the same price.
I really like living here. Great amenities and safe community. Close to campus. My only complain is the parking because a lot of the times it is full and it gets really annoying
It's really nice here and very close to campus. They give you bus passes, so that's cool. The security guards they have is like a warning system, so if your being to loud they come instead of the cops.
You guys are some of the nicest people I known. The place always seems clean and friendly. Not only that but the staff is also quite amazing
Love campus village just wish it wasn't so expensive! Rent is already pretty hefty then with utilities on top it becomes a bit overwhelming.
You guys are doing a good job. I enjoy having free food and various other things being given out each week. The only thing that's been a little off is how messy the 2nd floor is.
My Expirence here at Campus Village has been super nice. The location is very convenient to campus and it's nice to be able to park super close.
My experience here has been okay so far. I initially had to switch rooms because my medical concern which I had mentioned last year was not followed up with.
I have had a great experience here so far! The rooms are very spacious and there are so many amenities that come along with this place. It is also very quick to get to classes not too far at all and the bus stop is also very convient
The bundling is always very clean. Any maintenance requests that we make are always taken care of in a timely matter. The utility bills are always very reasoanable and the staff is very friendly.
I have not been too please with my experience here at campus village. The staff is not that friendly and the elevator is always dirty and messy.
Living at Campus Village has been mostly a positive experience. Some negatives: parking at times was not enforced on game days, very hard to actually meet your neighbors.
I love it here. The location is convenient and close to campus. Very modern and clean. The staff is friendly and always make you their top priority.
I love it here! I wish the scanners on two of the doors were fixed though. The main set of doors facing the street, and the side door off the ramp
Awesome! Very fast maintenance response. I submitted a request online and he was here to fix the stove the next day! the front desk staff is also very friendly.
Great! Engages community and great service. First time living with campus village and from previous experiences with other places this is by far the beat
Good could clean better as we had to scrub and would love new blinds but atill havent recieved them but its overall a great place to live super save
It's great here, parking can be annoying and the elevator is really slow. I have enjoyed my time here so far. It'd be cool to have more community events, grocery bingo was a lot of fun.
Campus Village is hands down the best place to live in East Lansing! It's close to campus, great amenities, and the staff are unbeatable! Although it's a little pricey, it's worth it. I can't remember how many times that I had a package coming and they signed for it. Besides that staff, the actual apartments are great! Personal bathroom and quality furniture. I love that the apartment is furnished! It's a great place to live!
